When you arrive from an advertising campaign, this site stores campaign attribution data (UTM values, Google click IDs, landing page, referrer, and timestamps) in your browser's local storage to measure advertising effectiveness.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: This website uses Google Ads tag ID AW-17719746531 to measure advertising performance, including contact form submissions and phone link clicks. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to track conversions and ad interactions. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, which may process technical device and network information. Embedded content from Google Maps, YouTube, and WebODM may set cookies when loaded. An Elfsight reviews widget may load on certain pages and process request data. Google Fonts are requested from Google's servers. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and clear local storage data at any time.

Contact Forms and Service Providers: When you submit our contact form, your name, email, phone, and message are transmitted to a Cloudflare Worker form relay operated by Ledge Top Technologies LLC, which verifies an anti-abuse token and emails the submission to our business inbox using Google's Gmail SMTP service. The relay does not store form submissions in a separate database; copies may remain in recipient email accounts and provider logs under their retention settings.

How We Use Information: To manage services, respond to inquiries, provide quotes, improve our offerings, measure advertising effectiveness, and send updates or marketing emails with your consent.

Information Sharing and Service Providers: We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, including: Google (advertising, maps, fonts, email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting, form relay, spam prevention), Stripe (payment processing when you make a payment), and AI service providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) used to assist with document preparation, project planning, and customer communications. Our AI providers operate under commercial agreements that prohibit the use of your data for model training. Data may also be shared when required by law or with your explicit permission.

AI-Assisted Processing: We use third-party artificial intelligence tools to assist with certain business operations, including project planning, document generation, and customer communications. Client photos, videos, and project data shared with these providers are processed solely to deliver and improve our services to you. Our AI providers do not use your data to train their models.

Data Retention: We retain inquiry emails and project records for as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal and business record obligations. Campaign attribution data in your browser local storage persists until you clear it. Provider log retention is governed by each provider's policies.

Data Security: Reasonable precautions are taken to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), spam prevention, and access controls. However, full security over internet communications cannot be guaranteed.

Your Rights: You may request access to, modification of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can opt out of communications and clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
